CHARTER

of EMNYTP Organizational Members

 EMNYTP Organizational Members are all Full Members and Associate Centers as specified in Chapter 2 of the EMNYTP Articles of Association.

 The EMNYTP National Coordinators, Regional Coordinators and Associate Centres enhances the Network’s ability to disseminate youth trafficking prevention information, implement educational programs, conduct research on youth trafficking prevention by representing their expertise at the local level.

 This Charter is intended to provide each National Coordinator, Regional Coordinator and Associate Centre with a set of milestones, objectives, and indicators that will assist in planning, implementing, and assessing the achievement of EMNYTP goals. Failure to meet these minimum requirements will jeopardize the status of a National Coordinator or Associate Centre and its eligibility for other opportunities within the EMNYTP.

 The Charter is organized within the following areas:

·         Responsibilities of National and Regional Coordinators,

·         Associate Criteria and Responsibilities,

·         Benefits,

·         Process of Becoming a National Coordinator, Regional Coordinator or Associate Centre,

·         Equipment and Facilities, and

·         Schema, outlining the working relationships among all EMNYTP actors. 

 This Charter is operational as of October 2006.
